Qualifications:
Practicing Catholic in good standing with a strong understanding of and commitment to the Church’s mission
Experience in fundraising, development, sales, or nonprofit advancement
Firm commitment to the mission of RPR and its identity as a Catholic ministry
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently
Comfortable speaking publicly and on-air when needed
Strong planning and organizing skills
Proficiency with donor management software and basic office technology
Primary Responsibilities:
Donor Development & Relationship Management
Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors, major donors, and parish partners
Manage donor database, gift tracking, and acknowledgments
Conduct donor meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications
Coordinate planned giving and legacy gift opportunities when applicable
Work closely with leadership, programming, and marketing
Travel to churches in the diocese to develop relationships and occasional drive to Fargo
Other duties as assigned

3-5 years of fundraising experience.
Knowledge of estate planning processes
Leadership Tasks:
Lead the advancement strategy for Real Presence Radio by developing, implementing, and evaluating annual development plans.
Help manage all strategies and activities for donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, and implement new strategies to retain donor support.
Identify, and build and maintain meaningful relationships with major and leadership giving prospects to maximize philanthropic support.
Travel to visit with donors and prospects throughout the 5 state, 10 diocese listening area of RPR.
Monitor the progress of development activities and report their results to the Executive Director.
Collaborate with and mentor RPR Listener Relationship Coordinators as you work as a team to advance the mission of Real Presence Radio.
