When planning your PSA please
remember these things:
Timing is important
When submitting your request please keep in mind it takes the production team at RPR anywhere from 2-3 weeks to record and edit the promo before it is able to be aired. Be sure you are leaving enough room for production and then the actual air time.
For example, if you’d like your promo to run 30 days in May, it would need to be to our production team by the first or second week of April to be created and ready for May.
Real Presence Radio reserves the right to determine if an event qualifies for free PSAs.

Non-profit packages are available
If you would like to guarantee your event is heard on the air, you may want to purchase an affordable on-air non-profit announcement package. Contact our office at 877-795-0122 to purchase non-profit announcements.
PSA ad requirements
Your verbiage/script for the announcement must be complete for production. It should be approximately 80 words long, or able to be spoken in 30 seconds. Our Programming Department will use your exact language for the recorded announcements, it will be recorded internally and scheduled directly on air without further review.

Please note that because we receive a high volume of requests for event promotions, we have limited space available for free public service announcements (PSAs).
Parish Events
Real Presence Radio’s PSA ‘Public Service Announcement’ policy provides Dioceses, parishes, and select associations up to 30 complementary, thirty-second spots each quarter per year pending availability. Unused complementary spots cannot be rolled over into future requests.
Be Complete
Your information for an announcement must be complete and contain as much information as possible. Event flyers are not considered to be a valid script. The Programming Department will create the announcement in its entirety from the script information you submit. If you have questions, please email: [email protected].

PSA Plus
Organizations that purchase regular non-profit underwriting and also qualify for Public Service Announcements (PSAs) will receive thirty additional 30-second spots per quarter at no extra cost. These bonus spots must feature the same message as the purchased underwriting.
A purchase is not required to submit a complimentary PSA request.
